Payment Schedule

Registration fees are to be paid in full to Los Angeles Institute of Clinical Dentistry & Ruiz Dental Seminars Inc. at time of registration. Cancellations must be received in writing or e-mail. Cancellations made 30 days prior to course will receive a full refund. Any cancellation within 30 days will receive no refund, and your credit will be transferred to the next course. Any cancellation within two weeks will receive 50% credit for future course. Second time cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for any refund.

Course Retakes

Participants are allowed to retake any lecture or workshop a second time at a 50% discounted rate.

Special Rates

Current dental students (with student ID) can attend any lecture or workshop at a 50% discount.
Recent graduates (5 years or less) will receive 30% off any workshop and can receive additional discounts on our modern dentistry continuum.
Refer a new participant and receive 25% off any lecture or workshop attended by your referral.
