When we obtain your registration for [practice_name], you will receive an email confirmation with complete information about your course. If you have any questions about your course or our policies, please contact Dr. [doctor_name] and our team at [phone].
At the time of registration, the registration fees must be paid in full to [practice_name]. We must receive any cancellations in writing or e-mail. If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the course, the individual will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 30 days, the individual will receive no refund, but your credit will be transferred to your next course. If a cancellation is made within two weeks, the individual will receive 50% credit for a future course. Any second-time cancellation or no-show will not receive a refund.

– Any recent graduate (5 years or less) will receive 30% off of any workshop. In addition, they can receive discounts on our modern dentistry continuum.
– Those who refer a new participant will receive 25% off of any workshop or lecture that their referral attends.
