Payment Schedule
At the time of registration, the registration fees must be paid in full to [practice_name]. We must receive any cancellations in writing or e-mail. If you cancel 30 or more days before the course’s start, you will receive a full refund. A cancellation within 30 days will receive no refund, but your credit will be transferred to your next course. If a cancellation is made within two weeks, the individual will receive 50% credit for a future course. Any second-time cancellation or no-show will not receive a refund.
Course Retake
If you would like to retake a lecture or workshop, you can do so at a 50% discounted rate.
Special Rates
– If you are a current dental student (with a student ID), you can attend any lecture or workshop at a discount of 50%.
– Any recent graduate (5 years or less) will receive 30% off any workshop. In addition, they can receive discounts on our modern dentistry continuum.
– If you refer a new participant, you will receive 25% off any lecture or workshop that your referral attends.
